CubeTorquer and CubeCoil
$2120
The CubeTorquer and CubeCoil units are small magnetic actuators designed for CubeSat applications. The CubeTorquer rod contains a ferromagnetic core, whereas the low profile CubeCoil has an air core. These units can be used to interact with the geomagnetic field to actively control the satellite’s orientation. The CubeTorquer and CubeCoil units were also used on the QB50 precursor satellites.
